The Fairway
The Fairway - Upper Montclair, NJ - This home on The Fairway is a multi-phase renovation project completed alongside the contractor Stoddart Inc. The first phase focused on creating a true primary suite retreat, including an addition for the primary bathroom and walk-in closet. The primary bath features vaulted ceilings, a custom built vanity with attached linen cabinet, mosaic floors. To complete the project we introduced skylights — a final detail that completely transformed the space with the amount of natural sunlight it now receives. Throughout the bedroom, custom architectural details were thoughtfully brought to life in collaboration with the contractor, including the arched entryway that gives the suite a softer, more elevated feel.
