Upper Mountain Primary - Upper Montclair, NJ -
The goal for this one-room project was to make the primary bedroom feel like a luxe getaway — a space that immediately feels calming, elevated, and removed from the pace of everyday life. The large wall within the room gave us the opportunity to introduce additional storage while also creating an architectural moment that added depth and character to the space. A linen wall covering brought warmth and richness, while the soft trim color kept the overall feeling light and understated. A custom-cut rug helped ground the room, and the darker earth-toned bedding became the final layer that brought a sense of mood and sophistication to the finished space.
